In the unfortunate event that something does happen we are here to help you every step of the way. As your broker we are your advocate and on your side. Please get in touch with us as soon as you can – Contact us. If your claim is an emergency or happens after hours and needs immediate assistance your insurance company is available 24 hours a day.

Claims should be reported to the police and to our office as soon as possible at 416-636-4544 or toll free at 1-888-888-6667. In the case of an after hours claims emergency, please call your respective insurance company listed below and leave a message. They will return your call promptly. Most of the insurance companies have 24/7 service.

When you place the call, please have a copy of the occurrence report available if the police were called to the accident and all relevant automobile insurance documentation.

When reporting a claim it is helpful to provide as many facts as possible. To simplify and expedite the claims process, please have the following information ready when you call, or to provide the information in an email.

  • Your contact information – your full name and phone number
  • Your policy number
  • The date the loss occurred
  • The address of the loss location
  • A brief description of the loss
  • The contact information for any other parties involved (including any contractors, experts, other drivers etc.)
